Section 13.85 permits withholding of protected personal, medical, psychological, safety, informant, active-investigation, or security data. That limit does not turn every release field into private data. Ask the office to identify the classification for any withheld item.

Benton's official sources use different construction descriptions. Court history calls the “new jail” a 1994 construction, while the Sheriff page says its building was built in 1996. The record does not explain whether those dates reflect separate project phases or different parts of the complex.
