Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service with no authority over Benton County Jail, the Sheriff, Minnesota corrections, courts, or federal agencies. It stores no official inmate or release record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file a document.

Its pages point to official Benton County and Minnesota record sources and may connect a visitor to third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful and must not interfere with other visitors or the service.

Custody and court records change often. Nothing displayed here is an official statement from Benton County, a sheriff, a court, or a corrections agency.

Severability of Terms
